October 2011 - First home under construction.

An exciting development at Katandra Rise with the first home now under construction. Building is progressing quickly with the frame and roof already complete. We are looking forward to our first residents moving in very soon.

Katandra Rise continues to expand our community involvement with the announcement that we have joined the Plenty Valley FM team as the News and Football Sponsor. Plenty Valley FM 88.6 is the volunteer local Community Radio Station for the Shire of Nillumbik and the Cities of Banyule and Whittlesea. June 2011 – Construction of Stage 1 completed

Construction of Stage 1 works is now complete. All roads and services are now in and the beautiful landscaping, with lots of trees and planting, has our community looking very green.
